Soul Splinter

I drove home crying today

So many things running

through my mind

When will this drama end?

I can't stop thinking,

replaying....questioning

Was there something-

Is there something I can do

to make this all go away?

It felt like I drove forever

into the sunset...ha-so cliche!

But, needless to say, just so.

Still,

I ask myself

"How many ways can you

splinter a soul?"
